Call for Papers

 

Authors are requested to submit an abstract to the Organizing Committee by 1 September 2019. The abstract must be written in English and contains the following sections: introduction, aim of the study, method, results, conclusion, and keywords. The abstract must have no longer than 200 words. The keywords are 3 to 5 words, written in alphabetical order. 

 

[IMPORTANT] To submit an abstract, authors must register first to the conference. Then they can submit their abstracts by logging in to this site. The submitted abstracts will be selected for presentation. The manuscripts (full papers) should be submitted only after the abstracts are accepted.

 

The full paper must be submitted two weeks after the conference day. Please “Login” to submit the full paper. Selected papers will be considered to be published in the Indonesian Journal of Applied Linguistics (IJAL) indexed in Scopus. All suggested manuscripts will be re-reviewed by IJAL's editorial team. Other papers will be published in the conference proceedings proposed to be indexed by Scopus/Thomson Reuters.

 

All papers must be written in English and competently written with clear ideas and acceptable grammatical English. Authors are strongly recommended to have their papers checked by colleagues having excellent ability in writing English papers or an English language editor. This step is to make sure that every paper has a high level of readability and a quality of writing. If you find problems to translate or to have your papers checked, we provide language editing services with all costs will be borne by the author(s).
