PUBLICATION PROCESS

Presenters who intend to publish their papers in the enlisted publication outlets should adhere to the following procedure.

1.     Abstract Submission

• The author(s) submit the abstract to the conference system and complete the form in the system

2.     Abstract Acceptance

• The committee will announce accepted abstracts to be presented at the conference along with recommendation to revise the abstract and upload it to the system

3.     Conference Fee Payment

• The author(s) of the accepted abstract makes conference fee payments to the designated bank account (informed in the acceptance letter and email)

4.     Publication Venue List

• After delivering their presentations at the conference, the author(s) can check the list of publication outlets cooperating with the conference on the website of Conaplin 19.

5.     Full Paper (Manuscript) Submission

• Author(s) uploads their the full paper (manuscript) to their dashboard. (Read the Fullpaper Submission Guidelines).
• All manuscripts must be uploaded to the committee no later than 31 August, 2026, at 23:59.

6.     Internal Review

• The committee reviews the papers.

7.     Review Results and Publication Recommendations

• The committee sends the author(s) publication outlet recommendation along with comments for manuscript revision (if any).
• If the author(s) agree with the recommendation, the author(s) completes and sign the consent form and send it to the commitee. (Consent form upload link will be provided later).
  
• The author(s) revise the manuscript (if required) and submit the manuscript to the recommended journal on their own. The author(s) have to comply with the journal's authors guidelines and the editorial process. Please note that all expenses incurred during the publication process are the authors’ responsibility.

SCOPUS-Indexed Journals

• Indonesian Journal of Applied Linguistics (IJAL) is a Q2 Scopus-indexed, DOAJ-indexed, and SINTA 1 journal published by Balai Bahasa UPI. IJAL is published three times a year in January, May, and September.

SINTA-Indexed Journals

• International Journal of Education (IJE) is a DOAJ-indexed and SINTA 3 journal, published by Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. IJE is published twice a year in February and August.
• Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra (JPBS) is a DOAJ-indexed and SINTA 4 journal, published by Fakultas Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra (Faculty of Language and Literature Education), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra is published twice a year in April and October.
• Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan (JPP) is a DOAJ-indexed and SINTA 3 journal, published by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. JPP is issued three times throughout the year: in April, August, and December.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please, check the list regularly on the website because the list of the journals may be expanded.
• The manuscripts will be reviewed by respective journals' editors and must adhere to the guidelines and templates. The advantage of submission through this conference is that the manuscript will be processed for the earliest as long as the manuscript adheres to the guidelines and templates and passes the review process.
• Submission and review do not guarantee publication or acceptance in any particular publication channel, including SINTA- or Scopus-indexed journals.
• APC is excluded from the conference fee and is borne by the author(s).
