PPT Submission Guidelines (For Onsite Presenters):
Submission Process
- Login: Access your account and navigate to the 'Abstract Submission' menu.
- Selecting Your Paper: Click on the title of your paper to proceed.
Upload The Presentation File:
- Find the 'Presentation File' menu at the bottom of the page.
- Click 'Upload PPT' to upload your presentation.
- File naming format: CONAPLIN 18 – [Presenter’s Name] – [Title/Keyword]. Example: CONAPLIN 18 – Jeani Shinta Rahayu – EMPOWERING VOICES IN A SUPERDIVERSE WORLD
- Your presentation can be uploaded in either PDF (.pdf) or PowerPoint (.ppt,.pptx) format.
- Ensure the file size does not exceed 4 MB.
Deadline for Submission
- Due Date: Submit your presentation slides (in PDF format) no later than 27 September 2025.
Pre Recorded Video Submission Guidelines (For Online Presenters):
General Instructions
- One presentation = one video. If a paper/research is presented by more than one presenter, submit only one video.
- Presentation length: Maximum 10 minutes.
Video Presentation Requirements
- Duration: Maximum 10 minutes.
- Content: Display both slides and the presenter’s face (the presenter must be one of the authors). Begin with a short self-introduction.
- Technical quality: Ensure clear audio and sufficiently good video resolution.
- Format: MP4 file.
- File naming convention: CONAPLIN 18 – [Presenter’s Name]. Example: CONAPLIN 18 – Jeani Shinta Rahayu
- Upload the video to your Google Drive folder. Set the link sharing option to 'Anyone with the link' → 'Viewer' so the committee can open and download the video. Please ensure the access permission is set correctly.
Submission Process
- Login: Access your account and navigate to the 'Abstract Submission' menu.
- Selecting Your Paper: Click on the title of your paper to proceed.
Upload The Presentation File:
- Find the 'Presentation Video' menu at the bottom of the page.
- Click 'Upload Video URL' to upload the google drive link of your pre recorded presentation.
- Insert the google drive link and click 'Send'.
Deadline for Submission
- Due Date: Submit your pre recorded video no later than 27 September 2025.
